1. I’m not photogenic. Can you help me feel comfortable?
Absolutely. Most of my clients feel this way before we start. I’ll guide you gently and naturally throughout the session.
2. What should I wear?
You’ll receive a full prep guide with outfit inspiration tailored to your brand. I’ll also help you choose 1–2 hero looks and optional changes depending on your package.
3. What should I bring to my session?
Props that represent your brand: laptop, notebook, coffee cup, tools of your trade, products, or packaging. I’ll guide you through this in your planning materials.
4. Do I get help with planning my session?
Yes! All branding sessions include pre-session planning to help you feel prepared and confident.
• The Essentials: Includes a planning questionnaire, a complimentary branding style & prep guide and light email support to help you feel prepared and confident.
• The Brand Builder: Includes a planning questionnaire, a 20–30 minute Brand Planning Call, professional hair & makeup, outfit planning support, a basic mood board and shot list, and light location suggestions — perfect for nailing a strong, cohesive look with clarity and ease..
• The Signature Experience: Includes a planning questionnaire, a 45-minute Brand Strategy Session (via video call), creative styling, an advanced mood board and editorial shot plan, 1:1 creative direction throughout, full location sourcing, professional hair & makeup, and priority delivery — everything you need for a strategic, elevated visual presence.
5. How do I choose a location?
I’ll suggest locations based on your brand vibe, goals and planning questionnaire. Location sourcing is included in the Signature Experience and can be added to other packages.
6. Do you travel outside of Campbelltown or South West Sydney?
Yes — travel outside 25km of Campbelltown is available for an additional fee. Just let me know your suburb and I’ll confirm.

9. Where will the shoot take place?
Sessions are on-location across Campbelltown, Camden, Macarthur and South West Sydney. I offer suggestions based on your brand, goals and planning questionnaire.
10. How long does each session go for?
• The Essentials: 1 hour
• The Brand Builder: 2 hours
• The Signature Experience: Up to 4 hours
11. Is hair & makeup included?
Yes — it’s included in the Brand Builder and Signature Experience. For Essentials, it’s optional and can be added for $250.
12. I’m awkward in front of the camera — can you help?
Yes! My sessions are fully guided and calm. You don’t need to know how to pose or act “on brand” — I’ll direct you so it feels natural.
13. Can I include a business partner or team member?
Let me know in advance and we can tailor the session or suggest a team headshot solution or custom quote.
14. Can I split the session over multiple days or locations?
The Signature Experience includes up to 3 locations within a single shoot day — including a styled venue. If you’re envisioning something beyond this (like splitting over multiple days or travel-heavy locations), let’s chat! An additional fee may apply to cover extra logistics, time and planning.

16. When will I receive my images?
Standard turnaround is 3 weeks. Rush delivery is available:
• Essentials – 7 business days ($100)
• Brand Builder – 5 business days ($150)
• Signature – 5-day priority delivery ($250)
17. What’s the difference between business and commercial usage rights?
• Business usage (The Essentials) covers use on your own platforms (website, social, email etc).
• Commercial usage (The Brand Builder & Signature Experience) includes use in advertising, PR, collaborations, publications, etc.
You can upgrade Essentials for $250.
18. Can I use the photos on my website, social media and marketing materials?
Yes — all packages include digital files with licensing suited to your use case. If you’re unsure which usage applies, I’ll guide you.

19. Do you offer refresh sessions or repeat shoots?
Yes! I offer a range of refresh options — including Mini Refresh Sessions, VIP Seasonal Refreshes, and Annual Retainer packages — to help returning clients keep their content up to date all year round.
These are available exclusively to past branding clients or those who’ve completed a full session within the last 12 months.
